Vonage | How to transfers a call to a VCC user from VBC
How a VBC user can transfer calls to VCC users using transfer contacts
1. While on a call, click on the Transfer button and select Blind Transfer.
2. From here, you have the option to use the search bar to search by name or type Transfer.
