Vonage | How To Link Teams To Vonage

Users need to go to the following website: nam.newvoicemedia.com

Users need to login using their Vonage passwords

Once the user is logged in, find the tab for Business Apps on the left side and select Microsoft Teams

After selecting, click on the button to “Link to Microsoft Teams user”
A tab will appear to Login into Teams, login into teams.
Teams will ask if the user wants to allow/approve Vonage access to Teams, allow Vonage access by clicking on allow/approve.
Now Teams and Vonage are linked.
