Indicators of a Company Outage:
- Trouble logging in to the app
- Inability to authenticate credentials
- The app is continuously crashing
- You can’t start / end an action
- The ticket feature is not working
- You were involuntarily removed from the portal
- A recently completed ticket is not showing as completed nor in your ticket queue
- Other error code
What to do during an Outage:
- Continue to refresh the app often
- Keep trying to login to the app
- Do not reset your password during this time
- Do not uninstall / reinstall your app
What to expect after an Outage:
- If a completed ticket was not appearing in your tickets page, after the issue is resolved your tickets will show correctly in the app.
- In terms of other potential ratings, you’ll be notified officially via email after IT has resolved the app outage.
